The Reports tab allows you to run reports and access in depth information about your devices, vehicle history, and commands.
Reports can be customized to show only selected data or data from selected devices and groups. Reports can also be saved so that they can be quickly reopened. Any report that is saved can be scheduled, so you automatically receive updated information on a routine basis via email
Basic report options are in dropdown menus at the top left of the window. Not all reports have the same criteria.
The dropdowns are:
Once the report criteria are selected, click the Run Report button to generate the report.
Reports are generated in a new tab to the right of the eport History grid. There is no limit to the number of report tabs that can be opened. Reports can be closed by clicking the “x” on the right of the tab itself.
This uses the Advanced Report Options
Click the Advanced Report link above the Run Report button to open the Advanced Report window, and select the report options.
Click the Save Configuration tab.
Choose a Report Name.
Use the Choose Recipients dropdown to select the recipient who should receive the report, then click Add.
Note: You can also click Create to add a new recipient who is not yet in the system
Continue adding recipients until the list is complete.
Use the Format dropdown to choose a file format of CSV, PDF, or XLS.
Click Run.
To schedule the report to run intermittently in the future, use the Scheduled Delivery checkbox under the Report Name field.
Choose a Schedule Type and Start Time (if applicable).
Add recipients.
Click Run.
Saved Reports are used to save your customized reports that you'd like to run often. Rather than configuring a report each time, you can save the report and access it directly from the Saved Reports list, directly below the Run Report button.
The top right of the Saved Report list has a few sort options:
Each report in the Saved Report list has three buttons to the right of the report name:
The Report History is the default grid under the Reports tab. This grid lists all the reports run manually or via schedule in the last 30 days. The View button to the right of each listed report allows you to open a previously run report, with the exact data shown at the time the report was run.
Once a report has been run or opened, you can export it using the Export dropdown at the top right.
Click Export, and select a file format from the dropdown (CSV, PDF, or XLS)
The report will be automatically downloaded in your selected format
Once a report has been run or opened, you can email it for further reference.
Click the Email (envelope) button to the right of the Export button to open the Email Report window.
Select a file format from the Export Type dropdown.
Your user account’s email address will be automatically entered in the Email field, but you can enter a new address if necessary.
Click Send to send the report data to your email in the selected file format.
Once a report has been run or opened, you can map all relevant data from the report.
At the top right of the report, click the Map All (pin cluster) button to the right of the envelope icon.
This will open a map window and show all location report data listed on the current page of the report.
Note: Most report rows also have a map icon. Clicking this icon will map only the data from that specific row.
Most report rows have a printer icon at the right side, next to the map icon.
Clicking this icon will open the location and event information in a new, printer-friendly window.
