Contents

Alert History

Alert History shows all the alerts a vehicle has sent in the given time frame.

Alerts are a type of event that are triggered by something specific the device did without being prompted by a command (e.g.Low Battery Voltage, Auto Report, GeoFence Violations, etc.).

Auto Report History

Auto Report History shows only the Auto Reports that have been sent by the selected devices.

Auto Reports are the automatic device location reports that are sent on a routine basis, typically every 25 hours. Auto Reports are also displayed in the All Device History and Alert History reports.

Response History

Response History shows all the commands that have been sent to a device and whether they succeeded or failed (timed out).

The report also lists which user sent the command and if it was sent as a scheduled command. For commands that contain location data (e.g. Locate, Starter Enable/Disable), you can view the command response on a map. This report can be configured to show only successful or failed commands using the Advanced Report Options.

Exceptions

The Exceptions report is used to view which devices have not sent any events within the specified date range.

This allows you to easily identify non-reporting devices.

Note: Devices whose status is set to Not Installed will not be included in this report. For a vehicle to appear here, its status must be set to Installed or Out for Repossession*.
