TThe second tab in the Vehicle Information slide up is Notes. Notes are any comments added to a vehicle by a user.
The Notes grid shows all notes for the vehicle, as well as the date they were added and which user added the note. All Notes are included when the Details tab or event detail popup window are printed.
Click the Add (plus) icon at the top right of the Notes tab to add a new note.
This opens the Add Note window, where you can add any text to the note.
Click Save.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon to the right of the note to open the Edit Note window.
Make your changes to the note text.
Click Save.
Click the Delete (trash can) icon to the right of the note you would like to delete.
Click Delete.
