References is the fifth tab in the Vehicle Information slide up, and houses Goldstar's revolutionary Reference Genie.
The Reference Genie allows our system to verify a customer’s reference addresses. Once you set the Stip report criteria and enter the reference addresses, the system tabulates how often and for how long a customer is at each provided reference address, verifying their information for you.
In the top right of the References tab, click the Set Stip Report button to set a minimum length of time a vehicle must be stopped at a location before it registers as a Visit.
Click the Map All (pin cluster) button to the right of the Stip report button to map all reference addresses for the selected vehicle.
Click Add Reference to open the Add Reference window.
Enter the Name and Address provided by the customer, then specify a number of Minimum Visits.
Note: When a vehicle goes to the reference’s location and stays for the amount of time specified by the Set Stip Report button, the system will count the stop as a Visit.
Once a vehicle has passed the user-defined Minimum Visits for the reference location, that reference will be verified.
Use the View (magnifying glass) button under the Action column to view a reference’s address on the map.
Use the Remove (x) button in the Action column to remove a reference from the system.
